Registration: By completing the registration form and submitting the required payment, you agree to register for the seminar "In the Driving Seat: Mastering Canadian Immigration Programs - Express Entry Program."
Confirmation: Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details regarding the seminar, including the date, venue, and any additional instructions.
Registration Fee: The seminar registration fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payment can be made through credit card, debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer, as specified on the registration form.
Cancellation and Refunds: In the event that the seminar is canceled by the organizers, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued to all registered participants. However, the organizers are not responsible for any other costs incurred by the participants, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
Transfer of Registration: If you are unable to attend the seminar after registering, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Please notify the organizers in writing of the transfer at least 48 hours before the seminar, providing the full name and contact details of the new participant.
Changes to Seminar Details: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the seminar date, venue, or program, if necessary. In such cases, registered participants will be notified promptly via email or phone.
Liability: The organizers of the seminar will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants during the seminar or associated events. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure their own safety and well-being.
Photography and Recording: The organizers may capture photographs, audio, or video recordings during the seminar for promotional purposes. By attending the seminar, you grant the organizers permission to use such materials without further approval or compensation.
Privacy: The information provided in the registration form will be treated confidentially and used solely for seminar-related communication and administrative purposes. The organizers will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seminar is held.
By submitting the registration form and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions for the seminar.
